David practices primarily in the area of civil litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.  He has successfully represented plaintiffs in all types of personal injury cases including wrongful death, medical malpractice, negligence and intentional torts.  On the defense side, David represents a national retailer in defense of all negligence lawsuits.

 

David lives with his wife and two children in the City of Brentwood, located in the County of Saint Louis, where he also serves as a committe member for Brentwood's Planning & Zoning Commission.
